This system is open to all internal and external stakeholders, including employees, job applicants, suppliers, producers, customers, service providers, contractors, local communities and other individuals associated with our business activities.
What issues can be reported?
This system can be used to submit reports or complaints regarding the following topics:
- Breaches of applicable laws or regulations
- Corruption, bribery, fraud or conflicts of interest
- Human rights violations
- Discrimination, harassment or unfair treatment
- Breaches of labour and social standards
- Breaches of health and safety regulations
- Environmental breaches or damage
- Breaches of our Code of Conduct or other company policies
- Misconduct within our supply chain
- Other serious concerns regarding our business activities
Confidentiality and protection against retaliation
All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
Individuals who report a concern to the best of their knowledge and in good faith are protected against disadvantage, retaliation or discrimination. This applies regardless of whether a concern is confirmed following an investigation or not.
Where legally permissible, concerns may also be submitted anonymously.
